Eric D. Reininger
Eric has an insurance career in excess of 15 years and is a
Texas State University graduate with a B.A. in Mass
Communication. 
He is driven and dedicated to the Executive Teams future vision and goals for SWBC Insurance Services.
The majority of Eric’s insurance industry experience has focused on producing and managing national and regional
programs and large portfolios of agency customers.

Barbara A. Kraus, CIC, CRM
Barbara has an insurance career in excess of 30 years.  Barbara is a Certified Insurance Counselor and
Certified Risk Manager with a very extensive insurance background to include experience working with an insurance
company, a major national broker and insurance agencies.  Barbara’s previous responsibilities have included duties to
encompass most facets of the insurance industry. The majority of Barbara’s experience has focused on marketing and
underwriting accounts and programs of all sizes.

David E. Allen
David has been active in the insurance industry since 1997.  David is a tax professional with 22 years experience in
finance and accounting.  He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.  He also practices tax and accounting
for individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Before starting his practice, David was an Internal Auditor
for the U.S. Treasury.  He has held positions as Controller for several companies and currently serves on the Board of
Directors of two non-profit organizations.



Tammy S. Winn, RHU – Benefits Manager

Tammy joined SWBC Insurance Services in 2005.  Tammy has worked in the employee benefits arena since 1992.  She has
her BBA in Finance from Texas State University.  Tammy’s background in marketing, service and plan design gives her the
ability to provide a customized benefits package for employers and individuals.  She has also been very involved in her
professional association, the Austin Association of Health Underwriters, and served as President in 2006.  Tammy received
her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation from the American College.  Tammy enjoys traveling, antiquing, tennis
and spending time with her friends and family.  

Shelia Evilsizer, ACSR, CISR – Service Manager
Shelia prides herself with responding to the customer requests promptly and accurately utilizing her knowledge attained in
over 15 years of experience.  As Service Manager, Shelia and her team focus on managing the daily service requirements
and coverage compliance of the SWBC Insurance commercial customers.  She holds the insurance designations of
Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Insurance Service Representative and is currently in the final
stages of becoming a Certified Insurance Counselor.

Vivian Fisher – Programs Underwriting Manager
Vivian Fisher has banking industry experience and a background in business and finance. Vivian also worked as an executive
assistant for a financial planning company before entering the insurance profession with SWBC Insurance Services. She also
has international travel experience and is bilingual in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of several
other languages. Currently Vivian Fisher is Programs Underwriting Manager for SWBC Insurance Services, utilizing her vast
customer service, underwriting and risk management skills with our specialized insurance programs division. In her free
time Vivian volunteers in her community with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
